Seasoned product leader with experience building products to optimize operations, improve user experience and drive growth. My approach is to focus on the user journey to identify opportunities, as well as to validate (or disprove) hypotheses and opinions. My educational background is in engineering, and I hold a bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and a master's in Engineering Management. I also completed a certification program in Applied Data Science and AI.

Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, I've also lived in DC, Miami, New York City, and Mexico City. I've had the opportunity to visit many places and meet people from different backgrounds, both for work, as well as for pleasure. I am an outgoing introvert and enjoy learning new things. I love sports -- as a kid, I used to go to the sports statistics section of my local newspaper every morning before school -- and my favorite sport is football (soccer), which I've practiced since the age of 6 (although injuries have gotten in the way since then). I also love all kinds of foods (except pickles and olives 🤢), and traveling.
